Online Training
Receive DBC software training using your internet connection.Most of DBC's independent dealers and trainers offer training via your FREE Internet connection using NetMeeting or GoToMeeting! This training is available to both our FREE trial users and our registered production users at very reasonable prices; and, assuming that you have a local Internet connection, does not incur any long distance phone charges.
While DBC offers on-site training services and an excellent series of national seminars, many users now prefer the convenience of online training for their own personal training needs. DBC uses the latest in software and Internet technology to connect to your computer via your local Internet connection. Training can be provided in small pieces as your staff needs it. Since this approach eliminates the need for expensive travel, we can offer personalized online training at very reasonable rates.
All you need to take advantage of our online training is:
- A copy of DBC's practice management and billing software.
- A 56KB high speed modem.
- An Internet connection with a dedicated phone line to your work station's modem.
- A separate voice line (just to get the connection started).
- NetMeeting from Microsoft or GoToMeeting software.
Warning: Always back up your data before making any connection for training or support purposes. If your data becomes lost or corrupted, you must be able to fall back on your back up in order to recover it. DBC is not affiliated with Microsoft or NetMeeting or GoToMeeting, and we are not responsible for their products, nor do we offer these products for sale.
You will be requested to sign and fax DBC "Training Release" which acknowledges that you have backed up your data and that you understand that neither DBC, nor the trainer is responsible for security issues related to connecting your system to the Internet.
Note: Training on DBC's products is offered nationwide by an independent group of highly qualified software and medical billing experts. These people are not affiliated with DBC directly, but they offer these valuable services to our users at modest and competitive rates.
